Patrick is speaking about the fees when depositing cash into your account via Paysafecash or Viacash/Barzahlen. It has nothing to do with the bunq.me pages.
If you add 50 € to your account, you don't pay any fees if you make a transfer, neither do you pay any fees if you add 200 € to your account, yes, or 150 for the transfer, you don't pay anything
