Unella Hi Unella! I assume you did a SEPA transfer, which takes 1-2 business days. It seems that in your case the payment has got stuck somewhere. If the money has left your account, there's nothing bunq can do. The other receiving bank can investigate the payment. You can contact bunq support and ask for the transaction ID. If you give this ID to the receiving bank, they can search for the transaction in their system.
A response from bunq support can take a few hours up to a few days.
