I assume you are waiting for a SWIFT payment. It might well take up to a week or more.. it depends form sender bank and SWIFT network. Bunq will credit to you the amount immediately as soon as received. I assume you made sure the transfer was in the same currency as your bunq sub account, which must be in EUR. If the transfer is in a different currency form your bunq sub account it will be rejected and sent back to the sender.
