  • About credit card fee

Heyy I just recently got my bunq credit card, then I realized I can also get a debit physical card which I like more😂
So do I have to pay anything extra fee for the credit card if I don’t use it at all or seldom?or it’s just a completely free card?

@New-Pink-Ermine-1241643509#263885 You can familiarize yourself with the different plans that bunq offers here: https://www.bunq.com/benefits You can check what plan you're using and your upcoming invoice in the Profile settings section of the app.

Depending on the plan you're using, you have a certain number of physical and/or virtual cards included without extra charges. How you want to use your account in everyday life determines which plan is suited the best for you and which cards you might need. Feel free to ask if you need more concrete information.

@Jakob-Y#263887 Mine was easy money with 8.99 per month. That is to say,no matter if I use the credit card or not,I only need to pay 8.99 a month, right?i was just worried maybe credit card can produce extra fees

@New-Pink-Ermine-1241643509#263889 As I said above, you can look up on the homepage what features and cards etc. are included with your plan and what would come in as an extra.

In case of the Easy Money plan, you have 3 physical cards of your choice and 25 DigiCards (virtual cards) included with the monthly price. That means if I understood you right and you have now ordered one physical Mastercard and one physical Maestro card, then that is still fully included with your plan and doesn't come at an extra cost.

All of this is detailed on https://www.bunq.com/benefits if you look at the column for the Easy Money plan. If anything is unclear, then just ask :)

From what I found, there is no additional fee in case of not using the card for a shorter or longer period of time.

@Gabi-Violet-Hourglass#263910 Hi! Indeed it doesn't matter how much you use your card. The monthly fees of your subscription stay the same.
