  • Connect a Spanish IBAN to the en/of account I have have with somebody else

Is it possible to Connect a Spanish IBAN to the en/of account I have have with somebody else?

    @Vincent-Kuiper#264260 An account's IBAN cannot change after creation. If both of you are Spanish residents, then you can create a new Joint account and it should get an ES IBAN. If you are not, then there's currently not an option at bunq to open a Joint account with ES IBAN for you. Of course, you can create a normal sub-account with ES IBAN and use the Connect feature to give access to other people, but it wouldn't be a Joint account.

      I opened an spanish iban account and it was approved. But i can not find it in bunq.

        @Vincent-Kuiper#264296 If you've opened a new sub-account, it's displayed on the Home page.

        If you don't see it, go to: Profile > Settings (⚙️) > Visibility, to check if you've hidden it.

        If not, please try reinstalling the bunq app.

          Thijs, I did a restart and a reinstallation but the new account does not show.

            @Vincent-Kuiper#264325 Have you also checked the visibility settings?

            By the way, you can tag someone by tapping the Reply button next to someone's message. This way, the person is notified of your response.

              @Vincent-Kuiper#264329 Then try opening a new Spanish IBAN sub-account, or contact bunq support.
