Ruth Abigail You said people made a transfer to a frozen card. But you can't transfer money to cards (only refunds). You can only transfer money to an account via the IBAN.
So you didn't give them the IBAN of a card, because a card doesn't have an IBAN. You gave them the IBAN of one of your sub-accounts.
If you freeze a card, nothing changes for payments between IBANs.
