has anybody here managed to open an business account? i‘m waiting for 3 weeks now to get verified - it‘s ridicilous!

    Bunq is active in 30+ countries, and every country has it's own rules and legislations.

    Have you checked the support center to see if bunq asked you for additional information/documents?

      @thijsoost#264910 every other online bank manages it to verify accounts within minutes! on top of that i read comments here about payments not coming in - it‘s not the best picture i get from bunq!

        I've been a bunq customer since 2018 and never had any issues. The posts you're seeing are 99% people expecting a payment to arrive instantly, although it wasn't sent as an Instant Payment. They just have to wait 1-2 business days, which is the time a SEPA transaction takes.

          @thijsoost#264913 no that‘s not true - it‘a what you tell them but they already answered that they are waiting for more than 2 days! so maybe bunq is just a really shitty bank

            @New-Vermilion-Swan-2388462068#264914 As I said, I've been a very happy bunq customer for the last four years. As are some of my friends, we really enjoy bunq 🤷🏼‍♂️

            And you're now only referring to one particular post. Sometimes a transaction between banks gets stuck. Then you just have to contact the receiving bank and they can solve it. Never happened to me though

                Bunq is one of the best banks I ever had. There’s so much to do with bunq, I love it.

                  Het is mij ook nog niet gelukt. Iedere keer weer nieuwe vragen. Ik geef de moed op.

                    It’s not letting me answer my questions to complete verification I’ve been waiting for days and it’s not letting me no matter what link I use
