You're paying €17,99/month because you're using the Easy Green subscription. You can change it in the settings.
Thanks for the information. I can understand that. But i cant understand why i have to pay it they cant verify my personal account and so i cant use it
Armin You can Switch to another plan as long as your account isn't verified, so you don't have to pay €17,99/month.
Please contact bunq support to ask why they haven't verified your account yet.
