        @New-Grey-Husky-4124028975#265635 Also not any third-party apps that you have used with bunq? Like for example a bookkeeping application or the like? You can check on them by going to Profile > Settings > Security & Preferences > My App Connections.

But yes, if you have already contacted bunq support, then they can probably give better advice as they have access to your account and can see what state your sub-account is in. Hope you can get it resolved soon.

              Had the same problem, only possibilty is to let a bunq employee close the account
