How do i cancel a subscription and get a refund?

Marcus Alexandre Profile > Settings > My plan, to change your plan or close your bunq account. Refund via bunq support.

Marcus Alexandre You can change your plan to Easy Savings if you want. See here for more info: https://together.bunq.com/d/3317 That way you can keep using bunq as a savings account, completely for free.

You can also close your bunq account altogether. That's also simple, see here for instructions: https://together.bunq.com/d/18035

As for a refund, well I wouldn't know why you would get one but you could always try to ask I guess.

Jakob, but if I close account for subscription change I can't reopen it for 60 days.
Maybe it's better to move my money to another bank and close bunq forever.

Marcus Alexandre No, you can't reopen it after 60 days. So within 60 days you can reopen an archived sub-account. After 60 days it's archived forever.

But if you want to archive a sub-account, it needs to be empty. And you can't reopen a normal sub-account on the Easy Savings plan, because that subscription only supports savings accounts. If you want to keep using one of your sub-accounts and keep the IBAN, you'll have to switch to Easy Bank.
