This is really unfortunate. Bunq is relying on postal services for card delivery.
I would suggest to change your address in the App to an address that you know mail gets delivered regularly with no problems… like your office if you have one.
You can change the address in your profile … do it before asking a new card.
For the charges of requesting a new card, you might try to contact bunq support, explain the unfortunate situation and request for a possible refund of the costs.
