AJ Cards are delivered via international postal mail. Letters aren't tracked, so there is no way to exactly predict when they will arrive at your address. The app gives you a rough estimate, but the cards could arrive earlier or also much later. If they haven't arrived after a few weeks, then check your address and contact support.
If you order a Metal Card, then because of the higher value of the product, it will get sent as a tracked parcel. In that case you will get all the information through the app. The cheaper plastic cards however, you get only an estimate.
