• US based IBAN+BIC number

Part of my salary (from my US based employer) comes in the form of stock on the new your stock exchange.
The US Based broker does offer the option for money withdrawal to Euros however the exchange rate is ridiculously bad.
Additionally I I would opt for being payed out in US Dolars directly I would need to have a US based IBAN+BIC number, could Bunq offer such a thing so that I can use that (in silent combination with TransferWise)?

That would safe me of the hassle of getting a US bank account with a US based bank and then still having bad transfer rates (if not using bunq or TransferWise, still that is more hassle).

    Impossible.

Offering US IBAN accounts is impossible simply due to the fact that the US has not yet defined a national IBAN format at all (unlike, for instance Greenland, Guatemala, Belarus or Pakistan). Even if the US had IBAN accounts or your requirement would be a US account (without the need for IBAN), you won't be getting one from bunq in the foreseeable future, as it'd require strict licensing and bunq doesn't seem to have any interest in expanding to the US.

Maybe a TransferWise borderless account would suffice?

Also, did you take a look at withdrawing or sending US dollars to your European account, via SWIFT transfer? Depending on your circumstances that might seem counterintuitive at first due to (much) higher fees for the bank transfer itself (as opposed to EUR SEPA transfers), though you might save in the end by getting better exchange rates at the receiving end/account.
