So I’ve requested a withdraw from the investment account 16 days ago, but I’ve still not received my funds. I’ve contacted support at beginning of this week, and their response was to wait one additional business day. It has been 3 additional days now.

I’m writing this post as a heads up to other users. You have to remember that the funds on the investment account are not easily reachable. If you have a sudden financial issue where you need to dig in to your reserves, your just out of luck.
