• Remove recipient (transferwise / bunq)

I created a receipent, however due to an issue with SWIFT and Routing the recipient is incorrect. I would now like to remove the recipient in the screen "Choose recipient". Its showing the incorrect recipient as recent, however I didnt process the payment. Where do I remove this recipient again? Just to avoid issues in the future

    Anybody a clue on how to remove this recipient in the list?

      @Gerrit-Green-Leopard#45494 I don't think you can. There is no "address book" functionality in the bunq app, unfortunately :sad:

        On iOS, just swipe the entry to the left. Maybe it's the same or something similar (long press) on Android as well.

          @Gerrit-Green-Leopard#45494 @mathias#45586 Long press doesn't work. Actually it will in the end (when you stop pressing) select the recipient.

          If you swipe left you get to see a "Favorite" button on the right. Then if you press on that the recipient is removed! So it is possible.

          But I must admit I find this very counter-intuitive to do. Who'd guess that pressing a favorite button would actually delete a recipient?

            @JeroenE#45589 Actually I can see both, a favourite and a delete button on entries within the "Recent" section. However, within the "Favourites" section, there is only a favourite button.

              @mathias#45586 It looks like you can't delete a recipient from the Transferwise "Recents" list, on Android.
              When performing a normal (Euro) payment, i can remove recipients bij long press and swipe to left.

                @mathias#45590 Aha, I have only my onw accounts under recent so I did try under favorites. I've just tried with recents and actually found a bug (high five!) when I tried to delete my own account from the list.

                @Bastiaan#45591 How does long press work for you? I have tried pressing for at least 10 seconds but nothing happens (besides selecting the receipient when I stop pressing).

                  @JeroenE#45605 It's not only long press, it's press and slide to left

                    @Bastiaan#45618 Yeah, that's swiping.

                    Long press is something different and often used on Android to get to "advanced" options. So that's why an Android user is more inclined to long press than swiping, I guess.
