Iolanda Ramona That definitely sounds like pishing/scam. Bunq is an official bank. NEVER give your bank login information to someone, also not if someone is asking for it. Not even bunq employees will ask for your login information.
Again: how did the money leave your account? Was it a card payment? Was it a bank transfer? Was it a direct debit?
And have you changed your security code and deleted any unknown devices?
Advice for the future: when you install an app and create an account, but you don't know what kind of app it is, check their website to see what it is. As you can see on bunq.com, bunq is a bank from the Netherlands.
When you're replying to someone, don't forget to tag them by tapping the Reply button next to a message! Otherwise the other person isn't notified of your response.
