Von meiner Kreditkarte wurde Geld abgebucht. Jedoch war die Kreditkarte gar nicht dem Konto zugeordnet von wo das Geld dann verrechnet wurde. Wie kann das passieren, dass einfach ein anderes Konto genommen wird - obwohl die Karte gar nicht mit dem Konto verknüpft ist?

Christopher Anscheinend war „Dual Pin“ bei der Kreditkarte aktiviert. Kann mich nicht erinnern, dass ich das aktiviert hatte.

…but I have to ask: How did you know the 2nd PIN if you can‘t remember enabling it? It‘s a different PIN from the normal one so I don‘t really understand the situation.
What am I missing here? 🤔
Just want to understand it - do you just mean the „backup“ function was also enabled and the primary account the card was linked to didn‘t have enough money on it for the payment?
Just guessing here.

Sascha Yes, the backup function was enabled but I wasn‘t aware that it is enabled automatically without the user knowing. The account linked to the function was opened 1 or 2 months ago and I did not link the account to this function.
