Can I have two cards for the same bank account? As in, two debit cards, one for me and one for my husband, as we share the account.

But then you can connect your card to the Joint account, and he can connect his card to the joint account.
(The confusion here was caused by the fact that in English, the word "account" is both used for a monetary account with an IBAN, as for an online account like at Twitter, Facebook, bunq, etc.)
