Hi there! Are there more people experiencing a bug when using the Wise intergration? I’ve been trying for three days to pay, but the requests times out.
Bart HI there 🖐, are you on Android or iOS ? At which point are you getting this error? DO you have the latest App installed (you can check via the App stores). I did try on my IOS device ... until I need to enter bank details for a new recipient and I did not get any issue. I have already a Wise account, connected to my bunq account and I tried with USD. If you still have issues, I would contact bunq support... please try to provide as many information as you can so that you avoid support having to come back with questions which slow down time to resolution. 🌈 https://together.bunq.com/d/32181-how-do-i-contact-support
