  • Cannot order free cards anymore even though I just ordered 1

Hello everyone,

I have a problem regards ordering physical cards.

Me and my girlfriend have a joint account. We ordered 2 cards, one for me over my account, one for her with her account. (Two Maestro Cards)
I also ordered a Mastercard but accidentally and canceld it immediately. (There should be a warning before the card is ordered from the digicard view)

Now I want to order a MasterCard for the joint account but now I would have to pay for that.

I waited some time because the support said so, but no difference. I have the easy money pack so I should have 3 cards for free.

Maybe I oversee something

    @New-Green-Mare-3453452131#268125 Als je twee actieve kaarten hebt, kan je zonder extra kosten een derde aanschaffen. Tijdens de eerste stap zie je waarschijnlijk de standaard €9 staan, maar deze verdwijnt zodra je doorgaat in het bestelproces.
