    @New-Orange-Coyote-1521586119#268173 Hi Erna! Please try these steps:

    1. Open the settings of your phone
    2. Go to "Apps & notifications" and tap "See all (...) apps"
    3. Open Google Wallet
    4. Tap "Force stop"
    5. Open "Storage & cache" and tap "Clear cache" and "Clear storage"
    6. Reboot your phone
    7. Open the Play Store, find Google Wallet and check for updates and install them

    After that you can try again from the bunq app to add your card to Google Wallet.

      @thijsoost#268175 Thx Thijs. I can either choose Notifications or Apps. But in both I cannot find Google Wallet. (Android, samsung galaxy s10)

        @New-Orange-Coyote-1521586119#268180 Then you should have the Apps option. You might have to enable the "Show system apps" option (probably in a menu by tapping the three dots in the top right corner).

          @New-Orange-Coyote-1521586119#268180 You can also go there by opening Google Wallet, then going to your Recent apps screen (the page you use to switch app on your phone), longpressing on Google Wallet and tapping "App info".

            @New-Orange-Coyote-1521586119#268180 I am now installing g. Wallet

              I followed your steps. And got into Wallet.
              Think the problem was that I did not have Google Wallet. But now Wallet is telling me I cannot pay contactloos with this phone. 🤔🙄

                But that was one of the reasons for joining Bunq.

                  @New-Orange-Coyote-1521586119#268187 Is your phone model compatible with Google Pay? Your device must be running on Android 7.0 (Nougat) or higher, and support near-field communication (NFC) and host card emulation (HCE) technology. NFC and HCE are both required for Google Pay to work.

                  A bank cannot change anything about Google Pay or Apple Pay. You need a compatible device.

                    @Jakob-Y#268192 Ok, where do I find that info?

                      @New-Orange-Coyote-1521586119#268195 From the company that manufactured your phone. Alternatively, you can search for it on the internet. Or tell us exactly what kind of phone you have and surely someone from the community will do the same Google search for you.

                        @Jakob-Y#268196 It's Android 12
                        One UI 4.1

                          @New-Orange-Coyote-1521586119#268199 Samsung S10.

                            @New-Orange-Coyote-1521586119#268200 Samsung Galaxy S10 should fully support Google Pay without any issues. What exactly is the error in the Google Wallet app?

                              @Jakob-Y#268202 Can I send a pic?

                                @New-Orange-Coyote-1521586119#268203 It says: u kunt deze telefoon niet instellen voor contactloos betalen.
                                Maybe there is a setting I could change?

                                  @New-Orange-Coyote-1521586119#268203 Feel free to do so. You can post screenshots here in the comments. Make sure to not include personal information, as it is a public community forum.

                                    @Jakob-Y#268205 Ok, Comments... where? Sorry I am new here.

                                      Ok like this. 😊
