  • Not getting any trees

Hi all.
I'm not getting any trees for every €100 i've spent. Could it be because those have been automatic payments? (Incasso)

@DavideXausa#268185 It's only for card payments. All other forms of payments or transfers do not count in any way.

@Jakob-Y#268188 So what if i pay with google pay? Or ideal?

@DavideXausa#268191 Google Pay = a card payment, because you're paying using a bunq card that you've added to Google Pay.
iDeal isn't a card, so you don't receive trees for iDeal payments.

@thijsoost#268193 Alright, makes sense. Thank you

So basicly, it's always best to pay online with credit or digi cards?

@DavideXausa#268197 For tree planting, yes. If you can choose between payment methods just always pay with your card (whether directly through card number input or with Apple/Google Pay). But it's also a good idea also for liability reasons. If you pay with iDEAL or bank transfer, it can be hard to get your money back in case of fraud.
