Payment requests paid, but not available or shown in main account balance.

The money from the paid requests does not show up in my current balance of my account and I cannot spend or use the received amounts. At first, bunq contacted me to provide supporting documents, which I did and bunq said I would receive the amount requested.
The requests have been paid, but I did not receive the money in my account.
Can someone help me to solve this?

Isaac From what I've seen here on Together, is that it sometimes takes 1-2 days for the money to show up. If you create an export statement, you can probably already see the money on your account.

Not sure why this happens, I've never experienced this myself in the last four years. If you're having issues, bunq support is the one to contact.

Thijs Thanks for the comment Thijs. The paid requests are not on my export statement. The request was paid over a month ago. I contacted bunq support 4 times and they said they were working on my issue...

Unfortunately, I don't think there's anything else you or someone from the community can do to help you. You'll have to wait for bunq support...
