  • How to withdraw my fund?

Hi,
I have sent many questions to bunq CS but always their answers are slow and wrong.
Appreciate if some one can help me with these issues.

  1. I’m on free trial plan.
  2. How can I withdraw money in my account t in Malta?
  3. I ordered credit card. Can it be same as debit card, able to withdraw money from my bunq account?
  4. What are the rates of using credit card?

      The same as anywhere else. You can go to an ATM, put your card into there and withdraw money.

      I ordered credit card. Can it be same as debit card, able to withdraw money from my bunq account?

      At bunq you can either order a Mastercard (called "credit card") or a Maestro card ("debit card"). Both can be used for payments and cash withdrawals, but only if the merchant accepts the type of card. In most countries, Mastercard is accepted better.

      What are the rates of using credit card?

      Please don't misunderstand: Even though the bunq Mastercard is a credit card, you do not get any credit or loan. You cannot spend money or withdraw money that you do not have on your account. You cannot go into debt, so there is also no interest that you have to pay.
