      already did...not a good start of the relationship...charging for something that hasent been used

        There will be a big complaint logged if they don't refund

          @Peychev92#268731

          Unfortunately for you there is not much to complain about, you just seem to not have read or understood how the bunq subscription and the free trial works.

          You can find much, much information here just by searching and reading - also about your current issue:

          https://together.bunq.com/d/38725-why-was-i-charged-1799

          Of course it's possible that bunq does indeed refund you in certain cases, but it's what you signed up for in the end.
          A complaint will not bring you anywhere, just ask nicely would be my suggestion!

            @Peychev92#268727 You started at bunq with a free 30 days Easy Green trial and didn't change your subscription within those 30 days, so you started paying for this subscription. More info here.

            At the start of the trial, it was clearly stated that if you didn't change your plan within 30 days, the subscription would start automatically. You've also reveived a notification and/or email about this before the trial ended.

              @Peychev92#268730 You already used that subscription 30 days before they charged you. Furthermore, bunq indicated multiple times that you are going to start on a 30 day trial of Easy Green and additionally when you are getting charged for it if you stay on that plan.
