Kotomi You have to open a Savings Goal (savings sub-account) instead of your current regular sub-account. Then transfer the money there, close the regular sub-account, and then try to change plans again. It should work.
With Easy Savings you only get 1 savings sub-account and nothing else. Therefore, it‘s not possible to downgrade while having a regular sub-account active.
