I open a bug with bunq support few weeks ago as I noticed that randomly trees are not always picked up for planting.
It happened to me with always the same few vendors.
I understood support is working on a fix. It happened already some months ago and after it got fixed back then the trees that were missed got adjusted.
If I were you I would open a support ticket from the App with bunq support.
