Josephine You can export a bank statement as PDF which shows to what account the money was sent. It will have a normal IBAN, because iDEAL (and also Sofort) are just regular bank transfers in the background. Then if you provide the company with that document, they should be able to find the money on their account and either process the payment or refund you. Of course, as it is a bank transfer, it can take a few days to reach the other bank account, so if you initiated the iDEAL payment today, it might not yet have reached the company's account.
