Bonjour, je souhaite passer à l’offre easy bank après avoir tester l’offre easy green gratuitement.
Sur mon compte main j’ai un IBAN FR, j’ai un Sous compte NL.
Je veux garder seulement le compte NL, mais cela ne fonctionne pas.
Help me please

    @New-Raspberry-Mongoose-3826171909#269865 Hi! If you switch to Easy Bank, you can keep only one sub-account. You'll have to close all other sub-accounts, so that only one remains. Only then you can switch to Easy Bank.

    Bonjour ! Si vous passez à Easy Bank, vous ne pouvez conserver qu'un seul sous-compte. Vous devrez fermer tous les autres sous-comptes, de sorte qu'il n'en reste qu'un seul. Ce n'est qu'ensuite que vous pourrez passer à Easy Bank.

      @thijsoost#269866 Thanks, just figured it out. I needed to change my invoice account to the NL IBAN before trying to close my main account. > I post here if it helps others in my situation.

        @New-Raspberry-Mongoose-3826171909#269870 Ah, yes you should have seen an error message, stating that you can't delete an account to which your billing is set. Great to hear that you figured it out!
