Giving access to an account to colleagues

I’d like to make a bankaccount where I can have two colleagues have access to, but I don’t want them to see all other accounts. Is this possible?

Miranda Hi! You can create a business account if you're planning on using your bunq account for a business. If your colleagues also create a bunq account, you can give them access.

If they have a free bunq account, you can only give them full access to all accounts. If they have at least the Easy Bank subscription, you can select specific accounts to give them access to.

If the other people are directors of the company, then you can invite them as director (depending on your plan and how many directors you have this might be free or paid). They would then get access to the whole business account. This article explains more: https://together.bunq.com/d/5143 It does not matter what plan other directors are subscribed to personally, so while they do need their own bunq accounts, they could use the free Easy Savings plan.

If the other people are not directors of the company, you can give them access to select sub-accounts through the bunq Connect feature. As Thijs also explained, there is a choice between full access and limited access with this. Please read this article for more info: https://together.bunq.com/d/8488 To accept incoming Connect invites, the other person has to have their own bunq account and at least the Easy Bank plan. (I'm not aware of there being any possibility of accepting Connect invites on the free Easy Savings plan.)
