  • How does Shared Access work for my Business account?

Hey bunqers 🌈

As a business user you want to focus on what's important to you: your business. That’s why we introduced Shared Access, so you can save time, every time.

With our Shared Access, you can share your Business account with your employees or even your bookkeeper. You have the option to give them full or limited account access. The choice is yours!

Your employees can have a bunq Free, Core, Pro or Elite plan in order to use this feature. bunq Free users can receive and accept Shared Access requests from other users. However, they can't grant Shared Access to their own Bank Accounts.

How to add an employee?

  1. Go to 🏠 Home
  2. Select the Bank Account you want your employee to access
  3. Tap on βš™οΈ Settings
  4. Tap on "Granted Access To"
  5. Tap on πŸ”΅ Grant Access
  6. Adjust the access level
  7. You're done βœ…

Keep in mind that a Shared Access is based on a payment account, so you still can't give access to your overall Business profile.

Full access

With full access, you give another bunq user the option to make payments from your business account while allowing them to check all transactions that were made.

Limited access

With limited access, you allow another bunq user to make payments and see transactions from your business account, but you (as the owner of the business account) will first need to give them permission before they can do so.
