If this is not sufficient, please ask your authorities for a template of such an statement and get in touch with the bunq support (https://together.bunq.com/d/32181-how-do-i-contact-support). I'm pretty sure they are willing to help you! But please keep in mind that getting support in this case might take a little longer than expected, since it is pretty special.
