  • [Bug] Missing transactions in Spending Insights

Hi, some of my transactions do not appear on the Spending Insights overview. They are properly categorized but still don't appear on the overview. Some other transactions do appear on the overview with the same categorisation.

This issue appears on all kinds of transactions such as Google Pay, iDeal and card payments.

I was unable to find any recent topics that describe the issue that I have. Does someone recognize the same issues as described above?

      @thijsoost#270899 Hi Thijs, all my sub-accounts have been selected. So what I mentioned is that I do see some transactions of these selected sub-accounts in the Insights overview but some not.

          have the same problem. whether it's the insight-widged or the insights across all accounts. nothing new is shown.

                    Having the same issue! So annoying

                      It's been reported and dev will troubleshoot and fix it.

                        I have the same issue, but only in a shared account. Do you guys have the same? Or does this happen regardless of using shared accounts?

                          it doesn't work for me at all. last payment is from 11.10.2022. All payments after that will not appear in the statistics.

                                I have the same issue ā€” very annoying, as I really loved this feature. Iā€™d like to add, however, that for me only some payments get excluded from the spending insights. E.g., I was grocery shopping on Oct 15, paying with my debit card via Apple Pay, and that payment is still missing. On the other hand, one of my subscriptions debited a monthly fee on Oct 21, and this one does show up in my spending insights. šŸ¤·ā€ā™‚ļø

                                I did create a ticket on Oct 17, and inquired about its status several times ā€” they say that they are still working on fixing it. šŸ’Ŗ

                                    So sad this is broken, especially now we are nearing the end of the month, it always gave me great insight.

                                      It appears to have been fixed but I it has not been confirmed by bunq yet. Awaiting a message from them.
