I still can’t understand why they removed together from the app. It was an easy way to report something to the community or to simply read posts and help people when possibile.
opening the forum through a browser is inconvenient :/

@thends#270957 Yeah, I totally agree with you. The experience through the bunq app was more convenient even though Google translate wasn't working properly.
Furthermore, it looks like there are far less posts, since the app version was closed. ☹️
@thends#270957 @New-Lilac-Sloth-1702461962#270958 I believe the idea was to limit the simple "What is my IBAN?", "Where is my card?" and "How do a transfer money?" questions by making Support more visible in the app. And by removing Together from the app, only more serious questions/suggestions/ideas are posted.
@thijsoost#270959 Think about the amount of such questions on Together. And now imagine that all those questions need to be answered by the support staff now. 🤯 It definitely won't improve the time required to get support on serious problems. ☹️
@New-Lilac-Sloth-1702461962#270963 But it does keep the community clean 🤷🏼♂️
First of all, I agree that there should be a way to access Together through the App. The community is a gem and the different opinions and postings are always interesting.
On the other hand, I can also see why bunq did that, as it’s now really more clean and clear as it was before. Like Thijs said, there were a lot of „Where is my IBAN?“ and even other Threads which were completely support related posted numerous times a day.
I hope people who still want to participate in the community will make bookmarks and share their thoughts and ideas here nevertheless.
Good afternoon lovely fellow users of this fanatic service 🌈
I’m not surprised bunq removed Together. Sad yes, but surprised no. I think the majority of the users don’t use Together, at least not like the more social platform it once was. These days Together is deducted to a support tool. So, that also explains why Together is integrated in the support flow.
I think Together has more potential, especially since bunq nowadays focuses more on the social aspect of banking. Sharing is caring. So, in that regard I’m a bit surprised that Together didn’t evolved to a more social platform. Like sharing and discussing app ideas. Or experiences in how to setup a business, help the world and that kind of stuff.
But who knows what the future brings 🔮
