  • Lebara wrong bank issue

I'm trying to pay for a lebara sim-only bundle and their page redirects me to the bunq app where I only see main screen. Lebara page says that I chose wrong bank. Anyone experienced something similar? Is there a way to use bunq app to pay for mobile/internet services?

          @New-Turquoise-Llama-1684072943#271823 iDEAL payments should work fine, as long as your bunq account is generally fully up and running. As you have created it very recently, are there any verification things that you haven't finished? Might be worth to ask Support about it just to make sure, or try to pay for something else with iDEAL. Then you know if it's your bunq account or Lebara that's the culprit.

                  Ok, then something wrong with my app. Because after redirect from ideal page to the bunq app nothing happens
