  • iDeal redirect to bunq application does nothing

When I try to pay for sim online via iDeal the page redirects me to bunq application where nothing happens and it only opens last open page in the app

    @New-Turquoise-Llama-1684072943#271887 Did you contact support since you opened your first thread to inquire about your issue? That would help to rule out any problems pertaining to your bunq account itself.

    Did you try to pay with iDEAL at another merchant than Lebara? That would help with ruling out issues pertaining to that certain merchant.

    Other than that, I think we can only say that it is supposed to work.
