📲 When this bug happens:
To ensure the safety and security of our users, we might ask a few extra questions after your signup. Some users cannot complete this step through the app because of this bug. When they try to complete the flow, they are redirected to the Overview of their account.
🔎 How can I check if this is the case for me?
Follow the steps below to see if you’re affected by this:
Go to the Profile tab
Click on the event named “Complete verification”, under Activity
A blue screen opens saying “Answer a few questions and complete your verification to gain full access to your new bunq account”
Click on “Complete my verification”
You’re redirected to the Overview of your account’s activity
