To ensure the safety and security of our users, we might ask a few extra questions after your signup. Some users cannot complete this step through the app because of this bug. When they try to complete the flow, they are redirected to the Overview of their account.
đ How can I check if this is the case for me?
Follow the steps below to see if youâre affected by this:
Go to the Profile tab
Click on the event named âComplete verificationâ, under Activity
A blue screen opens saying âAnswer a few questions and complete your verification to gain full access to your new bunq accountâ
Click on âComplete my verificationâ
Youâre redirected to the Overview of your accountâs activity
