• Support tickets without response

I'm hoping a Bunq moderator will read this post..since well, I created three support tickets without the results one would expect. I received incomplete support with my first ticket and my other two got closed without any response at all. How else am I supposed to get in touch with customer service?

I'm trying to switch to Bunq but because I still have one of the old plans (Travel card) it comes with some difficulties.
So to Bunq:

  1. I would appreciate some personal support with my issue.
  2. I found some other posts regarding the premature closing of support tickets. Is bunq planning to address this?

    @Samir-Azure-Panda#273217 Hi! Unfortunately, as a moderator, the only thing I can do is advice you to contact support again...

    Support always answered my messages, also before I because a moderator. Are you sure you contacted support correctly? First you see some frequently asked buttons, and then you have to tap a button to contact support.

      @Thijs Thanks for the fast response. I did request support correctly. It's almost like the tickets gets automatically closed if there is no response within 24 hours. In the past it worked flawlessly. The forum shows some other bad experiences with it, hence my second question. I guess I'll be spamming support in that case till I got their attention.

        @Samir-Azure-Panda#273220 It’s important not to close your support ticket and don’t open multiple tickets! Just leave it open and the support will answer your request. Opening a new ticket will automatically close the one before.

          I didn't close the tickets by myself. I'm at ticket number 4 now because everytime the tickets get closed. I only create a new one when that happens.
