I'm hoping a Bunq moderator will read this post..since well, I created three support tickets without the results one would expect. I received incomplete support with my first ticket and my other two got closed without any response at all. How else am I supposed to get in touch with customer service?
I'm trying to switch to Bunq but because I still have one of the old plans (Travel card) it comes with some difficulties.
So to Bunq:
- I would appreciate some personal support with my issue.
- I found some other posts regarding the premature closing of support tickets. Is bunq planning to address this?
