Hi! I signed up to an account around a week ago and sent in some files for verification 4 days ago. :)
Though it has been way over 5 minutes, I have come to understand that it may even take up to 2 weeks to verify the account. That by all means is fine, but I was wondering if it also takes 2 weeks to update me on whether or not the documents/pictures/video is valid or not.
If they are unvalid, I'd like to know as soon as possible since verification may take another additional 2 weeks after sending in the VALID documents again.
Is there any way for me to speed up the process, or get in contact with support about this topic? Thanks a lot.
Verification Duration
It could be that the video I sent in was invalid, since I remember it being very buggy and me pressing some alternate (?) option of just sending in a picture. I wish I'd be updated as soon as possible about the matter and can somehow send in a new and valid video and documents without having to wait 2 weeks for an update and an additional 2 weeks for the verification.
