Hello, I was asked by support to provide some additional information regarding a quite large transaction. After I explained it, I was asked to upload a document I had mentioned. While using the website, I opened the ticket repeatedly and got some kind of "you are too fast" message. Thereafter the reply/additional information/question buttons below the support conversation were gone, which probably means the ticket was closed. This means I cannot upload the file.
Need to upload a file but support ticket is closed

I have the same issue but I donβt known how my ticket got closed. Could mine be re-opened too?
