  • [BUG] [Reported] Server error when replying to support tickets

A nug report is stuck ony awaiting events and also duplicated itself.

I made a nug report weeks ago. Attached a video twice but it never added to the log.

When i want to add additional text i get an error message that there is a server problem on bunq side and the staff has been notified. This was more than a week ago.

Please have this solved as i sometimes miss other event because their hidden below the bug reports.

I'm also unable to create a new report on this issue.
