I have discovered an error in the system. The transaction on March 18, 2023 at 7:57 p.m. from €5 is displayed in the transaction overview without any problems. Only in the exported invoice does this transaction not appear. All transactions appear there except for the credited transaction of €5. However, this is very problematic for me, since this transaction is important for proof. Strangely, however, I receive the correct individual receipt for the transaction.
I have already contacted the support about this.
The 5€ was an internal balance transfer between my accounts.
