Habe gestern mein bunqkonto eröffnet, ich wollte das Konto zukünftig für Rücklagen aber auch als Gehaltskonto verwenden. Anmeldung, Verifizierung und das handhaben der App lief alles super. Bis ich dann das erste Geld empfangen sollte. Ich hatte 250€ via Echtzeit von einem Freund geschickt bekommen, dies stammt aus einem privaten Verkauf. Da ich sowieso etwas Geld auf dem Konto haben wollte hatte dies ja optimal gepasst das er mir das Geld dorthin überweist. Ich bemerkte sofort das seine Echtzeit Überweisung überhaupt garnicht via Echtzeit ankam. Gut dachte mir wird wohl dann als normale Sepa Überweisung gehandhabt und kommt dann an. Jetzt erhielt ich eine Nachricht mit dem Titel HANDLUNGSBEDARF, in der Nachricht stand so viel wie Ich muss Nachweise erbringen woher das Geld stammt etc, Dokumente bereitlegen usw.. hatte das schonmal jemand? Wird sowas in Zukunft wieder passieren? Will ungern das wirklich jeder zukünftige Betrag inkl. Gehalt erstmal erklärt werden muss. Oder ist das eine einmalige Sache.

@New-Lilac-Mole-2910195019#278447 Hi! This is most likely a one-time thing. If your account is new and larger amounts are added, the transaction will automatically be put on hold. This is bunqs automated anti-fraud system. It can also occur with bunq accounts that have been around for longer, but then with higher amounts.I've never had this myself, so it's definitely not something that happens often!
