We’ve rolled out a new update to our app that includes small new improvements and features that Make Life Easy.
iOS
**What’s new 🙌 **
- You can now request an export statement containing all the payment attachments!
What’s fixed 🔨
The expiry date of a new card would still show as the same as the old card, in the overview. It’s fixed now.
There was no way to stop sharing an account with your own business. There is now.
The payment request flow wouldn’t always recognize a mobile number as a (bunq) recipient, asking you for more details (like an IBAN). Fixed this.
Some direct debits couldn’t be accepted from the notification, asking you to open the app. All good now.
The app would sometimes show that a rejected shared access can still view your account balance and transactions. This was incorrect, and was fixed.
Some chargebacks couldn’t be processed due to non-accepted T&C error message. Fixed it.

The app would sometimes crash when trying to switch your bunq plan. That’s fixed.
Some Easy Money users weren’t able to transfer money from one Savings Accounts to another through “Add money”. Now they can.
