I like to use bunq very much.
After a lot of talking i managed to get my partner to open an account with bunq.
My goal was to be able to access our food account together and share (give her access to) a few of my sub accounts where we save on vacations, vet visits, etc.
Unfortunately, we now found that although this is in the description of the plans, access to shared account even via connect is limited to 1 account.
Here I am now very annoyed! I pay to have 25 accounts and be able to share them. Now I find out that the recipient needs the same plan as me only to have access / insight to a few of them. This means that the accounts are now twice as expensive.
I hope you understand the logical error that was made form your marketing team and fix it. So that shared accounts can be shared by the customers that already pay for them.
Lets make bunq great again ;-)
