This is probably the fourth time reaching out to support without an answer!
My previous messages have all been in Dutch. I thought this time I reach out to you in English hopefully you’ll respond to this email.
I’m still not able to login to my Bunq account, not through the website nor through the iPhone app.
I’ve uploaded my personal driver’s license and passport multiple times to no avail.
Could you contact me or make sure I’m able to login again?
Contacting me through the app doesn’t work, because I am simply not allowed in.
Please help, this is starting to feel ridiculous after all these days. I’m trying to contact you since last Tuesday.
I’ll send you a screenshot of the error message.
The app just keeps asking me for another upload of my passport after this it tells me it’s checking my identity.
Come on Bunq! Just fix this!.
We’re talking about my life savings here!
