And the law also often prohibits bunq from sharing any details about that investigation. If you disagree with the outcome, you can file a formal complaint and eventually go to court.
But again, there isn’t a single court in the Netherlands that who would state bunq isn’t an official bank. Non. Simply because bunq is registered at the DNB.
