      Even though your card may have Turkey among the allowed countries (Tap on the card > Settings ⚙️ > Allowed Countries), the merchant or establishment you visited may not accept debit cards. In case they don't accept debit cards, I'd advise you order a Digi Card which is a Mastercard Credit Card, and then add it to Apple Pay or Google Wallet, allowing you to make payments using your phone 🙌
