  • [BUG] Decimal gets moved in Android app version 23.9.2

Anyone else having this issue? Support is very slow on responding on this urgent issue.
When I try to pay an amount containing a decimal, the decimal gets (re)moved and a higher amount is now in the payment. For example €92,33 becomes €923,3 or even €9.233,- . How come this issue exists in the first place, and support is not treating this as a major issue? A bank that can't handle payments correctly?

@ontzettend#283933 I believe this only happens if the language of your phone doesn't match the language setting of the bunq app. For example, if you're using your phone in Dutch but set the bunq app to English, the issue occurs. It doesn't occur if both your phone and bunq app are set to Dutch. I've reported this issue to bunq support on August 25, but unfortunately it hasn't been fixed yet.

Thijs changed the title to [BUG] Decimal gets moved in Android app version 23.9.2.

@thijsoost#283941 Thanks Thijs! My phone language is on 'English (Netherlands)' and the Bunq app language also English. With these settings the bug occurs. When I change phone language to 'English (United States)' the issue no longer occurs. Always an issue with periodes and commas :-( But great, thanks for pointing me to a workaround!
